Employment Opportunities Technical Support Responsible for providing DV & Edit customers with high-quality, accurate technical support by performing problem analysis over the phone and on-sight for our products in a Macintosh operating environment. The successful candidate must be Macintosh & P.C. literate. Experience with non-linear desktop video editing software, digital video cameras, deck, and accessories is preferred. Knowledge of SCSI and other storage mediums is a plus. At least two years of technical support or customer service or equivalent past work experience is preferred. The candidate must posses exceptional diagnostic and logic skills, must be self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
