Our flagship Cine DV camcorder is the new GY-DV700WU, 16:9
switchable camcorder. The GY-DV700W, with true 16:9 2/3-inch
CCDs, was developed especially with filmmaking in mind, and
has already been embraced in Europe by the BBC. A prototype of
this model recently shot the winning entry in the "One Shot"
competition at the Vancouver International Film Festival. JVC
is developing a complete line of camera accessories for
filmmakers, including rigid and bellows style matte
boxes.
